Our knowledgable therapists specialize in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage. They will meet with you and create a treatment plan that targets the source of your issues so you work towards lasting relief.
All Massage for Health Therapists are Registered with the CMTO, specializing in Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage.
Graduated from Brock University in 1999. She then went on to D’arcy Lane Institute, where she graduated in 2001 with her Massage Therapy diploma, and has been practicing as a Registered Massage Therapist since then. Christy treats a wide variety of conditions in her practice including; frozen shoulder, sciatic pain, headaches, carpal tunnel, tendinitis, strains/sprains, shoulder related injuries, low back pain and plantar fasciitis. Outside of work, Christy is an active mom of twins, who also enjoys cycling with her husband when time permits!
Kaitlyn graduated from Ontario College of Health and Technology in 2012. She has experience in working with a variety of clients and addressing issues related to the work environment, sports injuries, and pregnancy massage. Outside of her part-time work, she enjoys outdoor activities, playing sports, and spending time with her young children.
We can direct bill to Green Shield. Please refer to your benefit guidelines for requirements such as a medical prescription.
We always do our best to accommodate your circumstances and reschedule your appointments when needed.
A minimum of 24 hr notice is required for cancellation of a scheduled appointment. Missed appointments and first cancellations less than 24 hrs before appointments are subject to a 50% appointment fee. With a history of missed appointments 100% of the appointment fee will be charged.
